TRthrottle cable routing

I put the engine back in the car this evening. It has been a while, and I forgot how the throttle cable is routed, as it comes out of the floor pan........as it goes to the front of the engine.

Does it go over the fuel pumps, and through the hole, in the cross (frame) member, where the shifter shaft goes through? Or, does it just go beneath the fuel pumps, and the cross member?
