Post Type of fuel for F360?

Hi, I recently purchased a 2003 360 Modena and I would like what is the most appropriate type of fuel to use: 95, 98 OR 100 oct? I live in Cyprus where the climate is quite hot.

I use 100 octane ... for some reason with the 98 it chokes at around 5000rpm.
Also anytime it gets above 40 degrees there is some knocking in the engine with the 98 octane ... I think the heat makes the gas ignite prematurely ...

Now it's cooling down a bit 100 is o.k, otherwise stick with the 98. Oh, and steer clear of EKO, i have had a few reports of pre-ignition with their 98.

Hmmm, I only use EKO so maybe that's why I had problems with the 98 ... which one in your opinion has the best quality fuel ... Exxon Mobil, Lukoil, Petrolina, Agip ?

Don't know about the quality from exon, but Agip and Petrolina are two i've been recommending, neither have had any issues to date.
