I pulled my alternator and the diodes are all fine but I think the voltage regulator is bad. Is there a test for this? How much is a new one?

Thanks!

Default you would have to test the Alt

you would have to test the Alt on a machiine that both loads the Alt and spins it at moderate to high rpms...generally only Alt rebuild shops have such testers. Never priced a regulator, however I have the entire things rebuilt with a new reg installed for around $250 average.
