Why not factory engine software options?
I've now test driven the Ferrari California and didn't like a car that shifts so seamlessly that I didn't know the car had shifted- until I heard the sound of the way-cool exhaust! I'm worried the 458 Italia is also going to be like driving an electric Fisker...for three times the money
My suggestion to Ferrari: Start Software customization for customers.
You don't like a 60 millisecond California Getrag transmission shift pattern? How about 120milliseconds?
Like that Lambo slap-gear brutality out of the same ZF transmission that's in an F430?
Ferrari will re-program your F430 to be like the Lambo?
Am I the first person to suggest software mods as a factory option?
