Default WP rebuild , This place back their job

I just started to take my 308 down to do a belt change and after I pulled the covers I noticed that the waterpump had been leaking. I was disapointed because 5 years ago I search for a rebuilder who would back his repair. I was assured that this guy Tony at the "Flying Dutchman" would give me both a quick turn-a-round and quality. So when I found the leak I was not happy. So just for the hell of it I sent Tony a note explaning that even though I had the pump in for 5 years I expected to get more then 11,000 miles on it. Well he sent me an email the next day and asked me to send him the pump and he would fix it. I was surprised and sent him a note and shipped out the pump last Monday. Well he just called me and told me he got the pump and found the problem with the seal and front bearing. He told me he will resurface the seal area and install a new seal and replace the 3 bearings. He also mentioned he has a recent bearing upgrade and will provide that. So he'll send me the finished unit and thanked me for letting him know about the problem. He also said I should get better then 50,000 miles on this pump. Needless to say I am impressed and surprised . Here is his website : Flying Dutchman Remanufactured Rebuilt Water Pumps Import
