I get a little oil seepage aro

I get a little oil seepage around my gearbox breather vent and am considering installing a hose on it. My Q is : does the little bell-shaped cover on the vent just pull or pry off or is there a special procedure to use to keep from damaging it?

Hi Bill,

I've never taken a vent tube apart on a Ferrari. If I'm not mistaken though, they screw into the housing and can be removed and examined to determine a possible viable upgrade.

It is possible though that weepage/spillage/blowby at the vent tube could be an indicator of an overfull gearbox.
