I would like to remove

I would like to remove the seats in my '76 308 in order to use Leatherique oil on them in the warmth of my home - it was a cool 10deg F here today in Connecticut.

Anyway, are the nuts for the four allen bolts that secure the seats welded to the bottom of the car or will I have to remove the sheet metal covering on the bottom of the car to retreive them?
