i am shopping 456's most

i am shopping 456's mostly looking at 95 to 98's.... I keep seeing 'window upgrade' in ads.. can anyone explain? i am more of a porsche guy, but have always admired the 456.. they are getting reasonable enough that i want to try one on... any problems with the 95's?

Some of the 456gt's had this problem. I have a 1995 and no problems with the original windows. Basically, a gap on the trailing edge of the windows appear when all the way up and Ferrari replaced the motors and the bottom bracket track for free. It costs $7k to do now. The gap can be up to an inch ( I've seen it) or as small as a credit card. I've been told that the problem can be fixed yourself by adding a shim on the bottom tray of the window.
