·While brousing through my Test
While brousing through my Testarossa "Technical Information" manual, I came across some sheets that give 12 different procedure steps in checking the TR's Microplex Ignition System, dated 4/20/87 (also includes 3.2 V-8).
It involves the use of a 25 pin connector, part # 95970020 which I am trying to get. These tests are done on the car, with the use of this special interconnector.
It seems that the AC voltage comes from the TDC Pick-Up, and the Tachimetric Pick-Up.
I found this interesting.
While brousing the Ferrari forums, I haven't read any mention of a "Technical Information" manual. It is filled with specs that compliment, and add, to the service manual. It also has all dated service bulletins recorded, regarding any upgrades to the car.
If anyone on F-Talk wants extra information on their TRs, then let me know.
