After talking to new 308 owners, I was surprised that most of them did not know the steering column could be adjusted up or down. For their benefit here is how to adjust it, remove the small trim pc. covering the bottom of the column, looking in at the shaft you will see 2 bolts, 1 on top of the shaft and the other under it running from side to side. Loosen them both and adjust to suit, the lower one can be tightened while you are in the seat, making final adjustment a little easier.
