I was bidding on a this car, o

I was bidding on a this car, offered by Bul motors in NY. The auction ended with me being the top bidder at $28,100.......reserve not met. He had a $41,900 Buy-it-now price. It has now been re-listed, with same pricing.

It appears to be in mint shape, 24K miles, red/tan, all tools and spare. I called on the car, at it is a one owner, with all records. However, when I asked about the major service, he couldn't find the records of this.

With a $41.9K buy-it-now price, I imagine the reserve would be in the $40K range. I feel that this is Mondial-t territory.

$41K is WAY WAY too much! and

$41K is WAY WAY too much! and without a documented FULL 30K service I say TOP $ is about $31-$34K if everything else is near perfect, no need of a repaint or leather work.

They are nice cars but the market is the market!

I have to agree with you Henry

I have to agree with you Henry....pretty high price for a Mondial, apparently without service records for the moment. I've seen what looked like decent 308s that could be bought in the high twenties....so why would this Mondial be so much more?

Jeff....3.2's bring a little more money...and a Mondial Cab needs a 3.2...they are fairly heavy.

They are cool cars especially in Red/Tan...but still only bring low 30's in the real world.
