A friend of mine is in need of

A friend of mine is in need of a spare for his 84 BBi. I have found a boxer spare but it has a 20" rim and is without a doubt a boxer minispare. My 82BBi has a 19" minispare and the tire decal states this to be correct for my 82. What model boxer would the 20" be from? Can anyone help me, he is on the verge of buying it but wants to be sure it is what he is looking for.

My 1979 512BB has a Michelin 1

My 1979 512BB has a Michelin 105 R 20 X as its spare. So the carbed car apparently uses a 20" mini spare. I believe the injected Boxers uses a 19" as you indicated.

Thanks Drew, it seems the 365 came with a 19", the 512BB came with a 20" and the BBi went back to a 19". Ive located both.
