Clutch creaks when warmed up 308QV

The clutch was changed out on my 308QV a couple of months ago. Now, after driving awhile, you can feel and hear a "creaking" when letting off the clutch pedal. If you let it off slowly, especially when the engine is off and the car is at rest, you hear, "urk, urk, urk, urk" at various levels as it comes off and can feel what seems like slight "binding". It does not do it at all when cold. If you open the door and stick your head out and listen, the sound is clearly coming from the clutch housing area, not near the pedal assembly itself. It's had the wheelwell pulled out and all visible assemblies regreased, but it must be something else. Any ideas?

are you sure it's not just the linkages needing a litte lube?

Try having a helper push on the peddle while observing & listening.
