DO NOT ENTER YOUR EBAY NAME AN

DO NOT ENTER YOUR EBAY NAME AND PASSWORD if you try to see the 1966 Spider.

It sends you to a fake page that looks like a legit eBay page asking for yoyr user info... IT IS NOT!!!!

IT'S A PHISHING SCHEME to get your account!

all you have to see is the URL, web address of the page and you can clearly see it isn't eBay.
BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR ID

The latest eBay-related scam I

The latest eBay-related scam I got was an email asking for details about the item I was selling.
I'm not selling anything on eBay.
And the email address it used to reach me isn't even my eBay/Paypal address.

There was even an eBay item number, but as I passed my mouse over it the link obviously went to some offshore site- not eBay.com.

What amazed me was the absolute fidelity of the email. I don't think it was a phishing attack, per se. Instead, I think it was a trojan horse launcher. And I'll bet a few REAL sellers get burned by it, whatever it is.
