Well, it was inevitable:
Got orders to go to San Antonio this July, so will be loading up the world's only carb'd Mondial and head south. I saw there is a Ferrari dealer there, but what other Ferrari resources are available in/near San Antonio?

I checked on distance to Houston and dang, that state is big.

All advice welcome

I'll think you'll like

I'll think you'll like Texas. I've lived in Houston twice and spent a lot of time in San Antonio and almost moved there. I think you'll want to live on the north part of town. My boss has a place in the hill country just north of San Antonio and it is magnificent.

Good luck.

Hi Rus,

Houston and SA are only 3 hours apart. 2 hours in a Ferrari.
We will have to get together when you get settled. My wifes father lives in SA and we visit often.

R Turner,
It's nice to know that I'm not the only one in the AF with a Ferrari. I wonder who else is out there?

It might just be you and me. It's pretty much a Corvette crowd,
Thirteen years ago I knew a guy at Clark with a Ghibli back in the States....

Shan and I are going to overlap in San Antonio for a few months - are you anywhere around? I am hoping Shan can enlighten this AF guy on the medical aspects of the 'Hooah' thing I keep hearing here at Ft McNair.

Looks like I may be in the AOR the end of the year as well. Hey, AEFs are the new world - in the bucket or out!
Stay safe and hope you get home soon.

I'm sure I'll be back

I'm sure I'll be back here at that time as well. Or soon after.
Maybe I'll see you here.
Thanks,
Jim
