Parking lights will not shut o

Parking lights will not shut off,all other lights operate fine. I changed the relay but the problem persists.Everything was fine when it went into storage for the winter.I'm lost here!

something in the headlight on/

something in the headlight on/off stalk has become stuck or broken....turn the stalk on & off repeatedly to see if it's simply a stuck mechanism or has broken somehow.
