I just pulled a few plugs and

I just pulled a few plugs and I found some oil on the tips of my spark plugs. What does this mean? It was on the threads too but I mean it was actually on the tip.

sounds like there was the comm

sounds like there was the common oil in the spark plug holes that wet the plugs as they were being removed.

it's fairly common for the VC's to weep oil into the spark plug holes, no big deal unless the oil is leaking in volume. It is a sign the covers probably haven't been off in awhile for service.
