I'm about to attempt bidin

I'm about to attempt biding on a 1980 308 GTSi on E-bay. The vehicle is being sold from a dealership thru an agent. I am just wondering if anyone has heard good or bad about Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo in Portland. The description of the vehicle's condition looks good, just worried about the E-bay thing.

Although I live in the Seattle

Although I live in the Seattle area many of our local club members deal with Ron Tonkin for services. I personally haven't heard anything bad about them. Usually good reviews.

Contact the agent directly and forget the Ebay thing.

Tonkin is one of the oldest F

Tonkin is one of the oldest F dealers in the US.

I, too recently purchased a '77 308GTB that had been in Portland it's entire life. When the Owner handed me an extra front spoiler, a spare set of wheels and tires, the Parts Department was very gracious in accepting these items and handling shipping home.

They also had plugs, belts filters and other items that I needed for the 3,000 miles home!

I give the guys at Tonkin "THUMBS UP"!!!!!

Speedy, back in Texas!
