I am sure this subject must have been discussed before...but;.. with chriustmas coming, I am due a new radar detector /jammer

I have heard that Valentine 1 is the best but it is quite pricy and is not a jammer. The passport that I use as well as the Bell are both antiquated. Any suggestions?

we use the "Phantom 111&#3

we use the "Phantom 111" Radar/Laser detector- jammer. Seems to work OK. Detects and jams front and rear Radar and Laser. We had an officer point his radar gun at us, and then he looked at the gun like it was not working, as we drove by. Funny to watch him. No tickets since we installed.
Cost is $240--300. not legal in Calif.,Minnesota,Nebraska,Oklahoma,Virginia, and Washington DC.
