Replacement PB cable is too short

Ordered the "Short" ca

Ordered the "Short" cable from GT Car Parts a week or so ago. Went to put it all back together the other night and the cables would not come together. The new cable was 2" shorter than the original OEM cable(see pic). New cable is on the top, OEM on the bottom. Bill with GTCP is looking into the situation. He said that in 20 years of selling these cables, he has never encountered this problem before. I will update when Bill gets back to me.

Looks like you need to borrow

Looks like you need to borrow the "Cable Stretcher" that we have to use when our employees
order power wire "cut to length".

Sorry, couldn't resist!
