With most manufactures retro-styling older designs, does anyone think Ferrari will bring back the DINO? Maybe a new V6 design? Just wondering...

Hmmmm...they just might have to do something like that to gather up a little more market share or if they want to up production, the top of the market looks fairly full....Dino or what a Ferrari SUV?

Well, now that Maserati has been brought back from the ashes...again, I think they'll use that medium to pursue the "lower" markets.

A V6 from Ferrari would put it under Maserati's lineup which would not be OK with them. Also, if they build a lower line, it would be in direct competition with Maserati, which would cannibalize sales.

Cheers

I wouldn't say it would hurt the market share of Maserati. Just build a limited amount of units to start & go from there. I would be great to have a V6 that can compete against the Lotus Elise, BMW Z8, or smaller cars. A small, two-passenger racer like Ferrari was known for, maybe a retro styled Dino 206? Think about this, a small club racer that’s not so out of reach like the 360 challange or other models. I know Ferrari have always had they're own philosophy on building cars & for who. Why not honor Dino Ferrari once again?

Just my .02cents

Something to think about

I'm with WJH, Retro styling, not out of reach. The example above would do nicely for starters.

I believe a new Dino has already been built and sold for almost a decade now: It's called the NSX, and it reportedly combines Dino design characteristics with Honda reliability... ;-)

Good point. I wouldn't be above owning one. Regardless of the marque, if the design and engineering is there then it would have a place in my garage.
