Wanted: Red 2003- 2004 360 Spider

I'm looking for a red 2003- 04, properly serviced, no accident/ repaint issue car with up to 15,000 miles for 95K- 105K. I prefer manual but would consider F1. I have located a 2004 with under 10K miles for $102,500 that I will purchase if it checks out. This car is F1, but I'd prefer manual. Any other sellers for an immediate cash deal?
