Wow that's low miles!!!!!!! If you follow any of the Ferrari car messege boards you know to be wary of cars with very low miles. Lack of use can be as hard on a car as severe abuse. If a pre-purchase inspection shows everything is fine, and the car is freshly serviced with records, the price sounds pretty good. Colors do affect Ferrari car values a little, red ones generally being more marketable than other colors generally. But it is an enthusiast's market for TRs right now. People are buying the cars because the WANT the cars, which is refreshing. So if you really like this car...and what's not to like about a TR...I'd say get it checked out by a good authority and go for it.
